How To Order
To place an order for any of our products on PocketMedstt:
- Add desired packages or accessories to your shopping cart by selecting size and quantity, then click the ADD TO CART button
- Select your Method of Payment
- Review your orders in the shopping cart and submit your order.
- Once orders are received, you will receive an email with our delivery details and order number.
Payment Methods
Cash on Delivery is available as a payment method on check out on our website if you are in Trinidad. (Orders to be shipped to Tobago are not eligible for Cash On Delivery).
Linx or Debit Card is available as a payment method on check out on our website if you are in Trinidad. (Orders to be shipped via TTPOST to Tobago are not eligible for this method).
Direct Deposit or Wire Transfer to our Scotia Bank Account is also another option of payment when ordering any of our products in stock on PocketMedstt. Details of account number will be provided via email/message once orders is sent. Please use order number provided in email for payment reference when making online transfer or over the counter deposits. once completed please provide us with a Screenshot or photo of deposit receipt via Whatsapp at 1-868-460-7164.

Shop from anywhere within Trinidad and Tobago and enjoy delivery to your home, workplace, or even while you workout at the gym for a very affordable fee of TTD$35.00 to most locations within Trinidad. It’s that easy!
We deliver with one of the most professional, reliable and efficient private courier company within Trinidad from Monday to Friday between (09:00 am – 04:00 pm). Saturday deliveries are also available occasionally, contact us to plan delivery.
Delivery of packages to Tobago are shipped via TTPOST Courier Service and has an estimated arrival of 48-72 hours, once payments are confirmed. Bank transfer and Bank Deposits are payments options for Tobago Customers.
Shipping Time
Most orders are package and shipped from our warehouse in central Trinidad within 24-48 hours from time of order and payment confirmation.
International Shipping
PocketMedstt is currently only available within Trinidad and Tobago. We`re currently working on shipping internationally for all our clients abroad.
